Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may request a refund in accordance with the terms below:

1. Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
2. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
3. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original method of payment.
