Cancellation

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. Orders may be cancelled under the following conditions:

1. Customers may cancel an order within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase for a full refund.
2. After twenty-four (24) hours, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed as processing and course access may have already been provided.
3. Once course access/login details have been delivered, cancellations are no longer possible. Customers may instead refer to our Refund Policy for eligibility.
4. To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Support Team at ssdmpvt@gmail.com as soon as possible.

We will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests that meet the above conditions.
